The court session in the case of the 3rd President of RA Serzh Sargsyan and others continued in the anti-corruption court under the chairmanship of judge Aram Grigoryan.
Serzh Sargsyan's lawyer Amram Makinyan interceded for the trial to be held without Serzh Sargsyan.
The judge granted the motion. A similar petition was presented by the defense attorney of the accused Valery Grigoryan and the defense attorney of the accused Aleksan Aleksanyan. The judge granted both motions.
Basically, the trials in this case will be held without the accused, but if the court finds that their presence is mandatory at some stage, then they must appear in court.
The session ended, the next court session will be held on September 9 at 2:30 p.m.
