The "Multi Wellness" company owned by Gagik Tsarukyan filed a lawsuit against the Cadastre Committee, demanding to recognize the decision to terminate their rights and hand it over to Yerevan Municipality as invalid.
The Administrative Court, presided over by Judge Hermine Muradyan, accepted the lawsuit, demanding to submit all the materials of the real estate cadastral file at 11 Alek Manukyan address, Yerevan, to the court within two weeks after receiving the decision.
A court hearing was scheduled for February 16, 2027 at 2:30 p.m.
On August 5, "Multi Wellness" sued the Yerevan Municipality, demanding to declare invalid the decision to unilaterally suspend the transaction.
