"Hraparak" writes: After Armen Grigoryan's farewell to the post of Secretary of the Security Council, the Syrian part of the ruling power was in mourning yesterday, and the secret pro-Russians were in jubilation. According to Nikol Pashinyan's decision, Armen Grigoryan, the most active Syrian, was not reappointed to his position yesterday, he will be replaced by the retired Speaker of the National Assembly, Alen Simonyan.
Although there are reports that Pashinyan sacrificed Armen Grigoryan specifically for Alen Simonyan, as he did not find any other suitable position for him, this appointment became an occasion for geopolitical analyzes in the ruling team.
The issue of appointing Alen Simonyan to the positions of deputy prime minister or president of the republic was discussed, but Pashinyan refused, first of all, because he did not want to upset Vahagn Khachaturyan, who has health problems, and he knows that Alen Simonyan will not last in the position of deputy prime minister - it requires almost round-the-clock work and completely different knowledge, but he did not want to upset his loyal comrade-in-arms, who obediently discredited himself at all times for the sake of the team and Nikol Pashinyan. Finally, they found this solution. This is, of course, not a very prestigious position, it was once occupied by Artur Baghdasaryan, after the services rendered to Serzh Sargsyan.
For the sake of justice, it should be noted that Armen Grigoryan gave a lot of weight to that position with his activities, participating in the negotiations of the peace process and turning the structure he led into a mini Foreign Ministry, sometimes even leaving Ararat Mirzoyan in the shade. However, some circles, as we mentioned, draw far-reaching conclusions from this change. Pro-Russians in power are breathing a sigh of relief, thinking that Nikol Pashinyan is finally taking steps to improve relations with Russia, and this is the reason why he is getting rid of Syrian Armen Grigoryan, who, by the way, years ago, at the request of the same Russian circles, Pashinyan could not appoint him as foreign minister, or even deputy minister, because in Russia he was considered a spy for the West and was categorically against this appointment.
Of course, Alen Simonyan no longer has a reputation as a pro-Russian figure, because in recent years he has ruined the relations with his Russian partners to the last notch by repeating Nicolas theses, but he also does not have the title of a "neighbor" of Syria, which was Armen Grigoryan's business card. We wrote that there are great worries in the ruling team that Russia's patience is running out, and a new wave of major sanctions will begin in the near future. Pashinyan is to some extent "putting his ass on" with this personnel change, and all is not lost yet. The Soros members of the ruling team also agree with the same hypothesis, who were mumbling under the walls yesterday to Pashinyan to fly to the arms of Russia.
It is not excluded that in the near future harsh, critical speeches will be made from the NA podium and they will try to regain their share in the government. And Armen Grigoryan, according to our information, will be appointed ambassador to a prestigious European country, Great Britain is mentioned, although there is an ambassador there.
