"The authorities of Ukraine, both during the direct conversation with the Iranian Foreign Minister and in the messages sent to us, claimed that the strike was not deliberate. However, the available facts and convincing evidence, including the direct statements of the President of Ukraine, indicate that the attack was premeditated. We have taken note of the Ukrainian side's explanations and are waiting to see if they will be followed by practical steps that will confirm their claims about the non-intentional nature of this crime.
"Iran will certainly take all the necessary measures to bring Ukraine to justice, so that such actions and crimes by Ukraine will never be repeated," Baghai noted.
