The "Force of Unity - 2026" joint exercise planning conference was held in Azerbaijan.
The delegations of Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Pakistan took part in the conference.
Welcoming the participants, Azerbaijani Lieutenant General Azer Aliyev noted the successful development of military cooperation between the countries.
The main goals of the exercise are to expand cooperation between the armies, improve the practical skills of the personnel, exchange experience, as well as "contribute to the strengthening of sustainable peace and security".
The scenario of military exercises and combat episodes were presented to the participants. The delegations also got acquainted with the place of their holding, and the tasks set were clarified.
At the end of the conference, the participating countries signed a protocol and exchanged opinions on issues of mutual interest.
