"Hraparak" newspaper writes:
"Although Nikol Pashinyan scolded the party members in a closed session last week, urging them not to talk about the famous hearings and punishing Argishti Kyaramyan, but the topic of internal discussions of the CP continues to be the demand to bring Kyaramyan to justice.
According to them, Kyaramyan should not go unpunished, because he showed disrespectful behavior towards the parliament as an institution and spoke in street slang to those sitting in the hall, he made public accusations against Hovik Aghazaryan, as if he tried to patronize his son's case.
In other words, the head of the CC "knew and did not report" before the hearing, which is also a crime.
But most importantly, the head of the Central Committee publicly admitted from the NA podium that, being the head of the investigative structure, he was not guided by the facts, but interpreted the law.
We are talking about the well-known change regarding the return of VAT, which enables car importers to get back the VAT of cars imported from the West and then exported to Russia. The law certainly has a loophole, which some businessmen tried to take advantage of, but it is neither Kyaramyan's nor the SRC's problem to be solved, that is, by initiating criminal cases.
If there was a gap, they were obliged to address the parliament and propose to introduce clarifications, while Kyaramyan was "guided by his own opinion", saying:
"At a certain stage, together with our very respectable colleagues of the SRC, it was decided that, from our point of view, the disgraceful attitude towards the state should be put to an end..."
