On July 3, 2026, the anti-corruption court partially satisfied the claim of the General Prosecutor's Office for the confiscation of property of illegal origin against the third president of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Azati Sargsyan and his related persons.
After the judicial act enters into legal force, it is subject to confiscation in favor of the Republic of Armenia:

. 38% of one parking lot located on Teryan Street, Kentron Administrative District, Yerevan,
. A total of 202 million 998 thousand drams of deposits invested in the bank, a total of 74 million 716 thousand drams of interest accrued from those deposits, as well as the interest amounts calculated on deposits and interest accrued from deposits until the day of the actual execution of the judgment.
