Borel said that restrictions will be applied to some people who are carrying out propaganda activities, targeting the civil society of Ukraine and European countries, trying to justify the war waged by Russia. The situation in the Middle East was discussed. According to the report, EU ministers had informal contact with partners from Qatar, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, United Arab Emirates. Thoughts were exchanged on joint efforts to achieve peace. The EU has demanded that Israel comply with the decision of the International Court of Justice, according to which the country must stop operations in the city of Rafah on the border with Egypt.  The ministers referred to the developments in Georgia as a result of the adoption of the controversial bill on the transparency of foreign influence, emphasizing that this initiative contradicts the principles of the European Union. Borel added that the EU member states are studying the possible reaction of the structure if the bill is adopted.
