As we have already reported, Armenian Ambassador to Russia Gurgen Arsenyan presented his credentials to Russian President Vladimir Putin on November 5. However, according to the RA MFA website, the RA ambassador to Russia is still Vagharshak Harutyunyan, who was appointed to that position in January 2022 and served until August of this year.

Let's remind that Gurgen Arsenyan was appointed the ambassador of Armenia to Russia on August 14, 2024 by the decree of the president.
