Moscow is calm about the process of developing relations between Yerevan and the European Union.
Russian President Vladimir Putin said this during the meeting with Nikol Pashinyan.
"We see that there is a discussion going on in Armenia regarding the development of relations with the European Union. We take it quite calmly. We understand that any country seeks maximum benefits from cooperation with third countries.
Such processes should be clear and predictable. It is not possible to be in the customs systems of the Eurasian Economic Union and the European Union at the same time. It is impossible to be in the customs union with the European Union and EAEU. It is simply not possible by definition. And the issue is not even in politics, it is a purely economic issue," said the Russian President.
