The BRICS countries consistently dominate global economic growth. This was stated by Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin, speaking at the international symposium “Creating the Future”.
“The BRICS countries steadily dominate global economic growth and already dominate the global economy. These are objective processes associated with a large number of factors,” Oreshkin said.
Among the key factors, he pointed to the improving quality of life in the BRICS countries, the birth rate and noted other demographic and socio-economic reasons. “The most rapid growth is in South Asia and African countries. Nigeria, Ethiopia are quite large [growth] in size. All these countries will move the global economy,” Oreshkin noted.
