Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has stated that the election of Mojtaba Khamenei to the position of Supreme Leader represents the will of all Iranians.
He gave this assessment in a letter addressed to the new leader of the country. "Your election to this position is an expression of the will of the entire people of the Islamic Republic and a sign of its unity.
I have no doubt that under your wise leadership we will be able to solve all the existing problems", Pezeshkian emphasized. The text of the letter was distributed by the office of the head of the Iranian government.
