The leader of Brazil, Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva, said that he prefers to see the current vice president of America, Kamala Harris, as the president of the United States. The Brazilian leader expressed this opinion in an interview with LCI TV.
"It will be great to see the candidate of the Democrats in power," said Luis Inacio Lula da Silva. In his opinion, Harris' tenure as the head of the United States will contribute to the strengthening of democracy in the country.
In this regard, he recalled the attack on the Capitol by supporters of Donald Trump on January 6, 2021. The presidential elections in the USA are scheduled for November 5.
