Moreover, the CP says that the main person responsible for the waste of billions of dollars is RA President Vahagn Khachaturyan, because the program was launched during his tenure as the Minister of High Technologies. he is the "guardian" of the satellite.
The wrong plan was made, so it failed after a short time. The other day, we wrote that BTA Minister Mkhitar Hayrapetyan announced at the closed session of the KP initiative group that about 8 million dollars were wasted on that satellite.
NA Vice President Hakob Arshakyan, who participated in the session, even made a remark that it is not worth discussing these issues in such a broad format, but Hayrapetyan countered that it is not possible to keep it secret, because a criminal case has been initiated.
Let's remember: The Armenian satellite was launched into space on May 25, 2022.
