According to him, Ukraine now has "neither defense systems nor an army" that can somehow surprise Russia.
He emphasized that the attack on the residence of the Russian President Vladimir Putin narrowed the area of Kiev for the maneuver.
"Sabotages against tankers carrying Russian oil in the Black Sea and an attempted attack on the residence of the President of the Russian Federation are all that Ukraine is capable of.
There are no other trump cards left, the expert said.
