The Secretary of the Security Council of Iran discussed issues of the advancement of the North-South Corridor with the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia

Ali Larijani, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, received the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Vitaly Savelev, Tasnim Agency reports. The main topic of the meeting was the implementation of the North-South transport corridor project, as well as a number of issues of mutual interest.


"In a short period of time, all existing administrative and institutional obstacles will be removed, and necessary agreements will be signed to ensure legal and administrative stability for the North-South corridor," Larijani noted.


He also noted that due to Iranian President Pezeshkian's continued commitment, the government will acquire all the land along the corridor route by the end of the year so that the project can proceed smoothly and smoothly.
