When the same CP comes loudly "munnat" or "what is this situation", they need their critic first to turn the city management into a collapse. Today, Gyumri needs one thing more than a Christmas tree, so that Gyumri residents, and especially children, do not pay the price of political reprisals. The Christmas tree can be covered with lights in a day or two. And the semi-paralyzed community self-government will be "repaired" for years to come."
