The American and Ukrainian sides continued negotiations in Berlin. According to the DPA news agency, Vladimir Zelensky, the special envoy of the US President, Stephen Wittkoff, and Donald Trump's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, are meeting at the Federal Chancellery.

On December 14, the meeting of the American and Ukrainian delegations regarding the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine took place in Berlin. The US delegation included Wittkoff and Kushner. The Ukrainian side is represented by Zelensky, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrey Khnatov.
