H.K., using his highest status in the criminal hierarchy, began to take actions to solve the problem in favor of the woman who appealed to him and, through the execution of the instructions given, found out the identity, financial situation, and social status of the person who stole the money and property, informed the person who appealed to him. , that her ex-boyfriend does not have sufficient financial means to return the given money, thus considering the matter resolved. In addition, in 2023 on December 26, as a criminal authority, H.K. was approached by an acquaintance of the latter with a request to resolve the dispute between his son and his friend's relatives. H.K. accepted the son of the person who addressed him and his friend, and in order to resolve the private dispute that arose, discussed the issues related to the person participating in the dispute addressing another person named "Masivtsi Jiro" and resolving the private issue in favor of the said person.

For this purpose, he contacted the son of the woman's girlfriend and offered to receive 4,000 USD instead of the loaned 10,000 USD and consider the matter resolved. However, not being satisfied with that way of solving the issue, the wife and her daughter refused to solve the issue through H.Kh. Then H.Kh., PS, A.M, R.N. and with L.N. in 2024.
