According to the current Constitution and the Electoral Code, Armenian citizens do not choose President, Prime Minister, community leader, do not even decide who will be a member of the deputy and council. The current Constitution and the Electoral Code regulations have been made to what the elections are not competitive so that normal people are disgusting the elections, and the percentage of those who do not participate in the elections at all. As a result, the political processes are mainly involved in the failures that have not achieved anything else in any other sphere. 6 The winning party, the current Constitution, receives everything, is able to take its hand on legislative, executive, judiciary, the law enforcement system. The only problem is to keep 15-20% of the rating, which will ensure the victory in the elections without the victory of large fraud. 7. As a result, by the current constitution, the citizen of the Republic of Armenia is alienated from making decisions at any level and does not affect anything. This spirit of the Constitution is also common in other areas of our lives, the public hearings are not ruled by the residents of the building, the advice of universities and educational institutions, the interests of those organizations, the unions are the same butaforia. Many in Armenia claim that the disasters in recent years are due to democracy. The reality is the opposite, there has never been real democracy in Armenia. There has never been a force in Armenia with the elections. The reason for our problems is that the people do not decide anything, the political system is closed, and the authorities have a guarantee that they even won the election. Against this background, it is not surprising that the reforms announced in 2018 do not yield any results and lead to the "real Armenia" ideology of Boutafor discussions. This was very predictable.
