Today, on November 15, a major car accident took place in Aragatsotn region. Around 19:15, a passenger bus, "Infiniti" and "Lada" cars collided at the intersection of Voskevaz and Agarak villages.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reported from the scene, as a result of the accident, 10 people were taken to the "Ashtarak" medical center with various degrees of physical injuries.
1 combat unit from the Ashtarak fire-rescue squad of the Rescue Service of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs arrived at the scene.
The fire-rescuers cut off the power to the cars and performed duty on the spot.
The information about the accident was transferred from the Aragatsotn Marz battalion of the RA Investigative Committee to the Aragatsotn Marz Investigative Department, from where the investigative team headed by the head of the department Aghasi Isahakyan, the deputy head of the department Hrach Davtyan and the investigator on duty of the day arrived.
Due to the fact of the accident, criminal proceedings have been initiated in the investigation department, where the identities of the drivers and the injured are revealed.
