US President Donald Trump has said he is well contacted by Russian leader Vladimir Putin, but he is "very disappointed" with Russia's guidance on the Ukrainian conflict.
He told reporters at the beginning of the meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Karni at the White House.
"I am very well associated with Russian President Vladimir Putin," he said, leaving the sentence unfinished. He then stated that he was "very disappointed" from the actions of the Russian leadership in Ukraine.
Trump refrained from making more detailed statements about the Ukrainian conflict.
