French President Emanuel McRon and British Prime Minister Kir Starmer will probably not be able to send troops to Ukraine because of their political weakness, according to the European Politico, citing sources.
"Taking into account the political weakness of Macron and Starms, it is difficult to understand how this program will be implemented. These are difficult times for them from an economic point of view, "said an anonymous diplomat by the EU.
It is noted that their closest allies in the European Union are suspicious of the idea of deploying troops in Ukraine.
According to the German Social Democratic Party, Andreas Schwartz, who is responsible for monitoring the defense budget, stressed that the country "does not have no staff for a large military group" and "even small deployment will be a problem."
Poland also does not plan to participate in sending troops because he does not want to "weaken [the military] forces" inside the country.
