Scientists have found out how to develop a healthy diet to children in children

Children with careful, usefulness and cooperation from an early age are more likely to continue to eat healthy ages. The international group of researchers has reached this conclusion. The work was published in the American Preventive Medical Magazine (AJPM).

The draft included children, the monitoring of which was carried out from the moment of birth. Parents were asked about the forms of so-called pricative behaviors, for example, whether the child helps others, he shares it with uses, when someone is upset and is concerned. These data were collected when children were 5, 7 and 11 years old. At the age of 14 and 17, teenagers were asked about the frequency of fruits and vegetables.

The analysis has shown that the higher the willingness of others to help others in childhood, the more likely it is that the teenager maintains healthy food habits. The authors note that this connection may be related to more solid social connections, a better mood, the ability to overcome stress, the qualities that affect everyday choices, including food.

Researchers note that the promotion of agreement and cooperation in childhood can be a new approach to forming long-term health and improving health.
