Currently, the relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan enter a new phase, a period where both countries and their leaders have publicly emphasized their commitment to peace.

"This will have a positive impact not only on our bilateral relations, but also on regional dynamics, from politics to the economy.
One of our main agreements is to reopen the ways to communicate with Azerbaijan in the conditions of mutual respect for the sovereignty, competence and territorial integrity of the countries.
In practice, this will open new opportunities for Armenia and Iran's railway cooperation, including Nakhichevan-Julfa railway line, which will mean the entry of Iran to Armenia, "Kostanyan said.
He added that as a representative of the Armenian government arrived in Iran, according to which Armenia takes into account Iran's concerns, and these sensitive issues have been included in the preliminary talks on the draft connection between the interconnection of the "Trump Path").
"Some details of this project have already been clarified and agreed, I have transferred it to the Iranian side and I am ready to publicly present it. It is planned to register a company in Armenia, the shares of which will be divided between Armenia and the United States, but this does not mean the US presence in the field of security. We know that this was one of the main concerns of Iran, and I am sure that this concern has been resolved.
For us, uninterrupted and unhindered work of the border and its checkpoints, it is strategic for the transfer of goods and passengers, and we do not think that any obstacle will be created in this respect.
The opening of channels, including three new projects, will be based on the sovereignty and competence of the countries, which is another guarantee, "Kostanyan said.
