The final decision on the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama will be made by the Central Authorities of China, Gama Sedain, President of the People's Government of Tibet of China.
"The historical legitimacy of Dalai Lamay's title comes from the Central Government, which has the final and indisputable right to make a decision on the reincarnation of Dalai Lama," Gama Sedee told a news conference on Tuesday.
He added that the Dalai Lama has no right to reincarnate, noting that the reincarnation of the Dalai Lama should be carried out in accordance with the Golden Jug and the establishment of the Central Government.
In early July, the spiritual leader of the Tibetan Buddhism, 14th Dalay Lama Tenen Gyako, announced that the Institute of Dalai Lama will continue.
