High cholesterol in the blood is not the only "provocate" of a heart attack. In an interview with Vanitatis, Cardiologist David Karizon stated this.

The doctor noted that the most common heart attacks as a sharp injury to the heart of the heart, which occurs as a result of the cessation of blood flow.
