Within the framework of his working visit, RA Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan met with Adis Ababa with the Minister of Tourism of Ethiopia Selamavit Kassa. This was reported by the Ministry of Economy.
During the meeting, the possibilities of developing cooperation between the two countries in the sphere of tourism were discussed, the prospects of exchange of experience and implementation of joint initiatives. The parties stressed the importance of cooperation in the directions of cultural tourism, natural heritage and promoting tourism flows.
Minister Papoyan noted that Armenia is interested in expanding cooperation with countries of the African continent, including Ethiopia, tourism and hospitality.
An agreement has been reached to continue cooperation and consider the possibilities of implementing joint programs.
