Cooperation between Russia and North Korea is not directed against third countries. Peskov

Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President, said that the issue of the transfer of military personnel from North Korea to Russia is related to a special military operation and advised to contact the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation for comments.

According to him, North Korea is a close neighbor and partner of Russia, and the authorities are developing relations in all spheres.

"This is our sovereign right, and we should not worry about it, because the cooperation is not directed against third countries. We see a lot of conflicting information. South Korea says one thing, the Pentagon says another. There is a lot of conflicting information, and they should be treated accordingly," Peskov explained.

South Korea announced earlier that North Korea is transferring military personnel to the Russian Federation, who may be involved in a special military operation. On October 18, the country's president held an emergency meeting on security issues, where the issue of "moving North Korean troops to Russia" was raised.
