Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Mr. ARARAT MIRZOYANIN, Mr. Minister.

On September 2, 2024, more than 50 civil society organizations of the Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) sent a message to the Acting President of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Mr. Jan Borg.
We are sending a copy of that message to you as the head of the foreign policy department of the OSCE Minsk Group member country.
We consider it necessary to remind that the Republic of Armenia has sufficient rights and obligations regarding the protection of the collective and individual fundamental rights of the citizens of the Republic of Artsakh, which is fixed in the documents adopted at both the national and international levels.
