The details of the Pentagon chief's visit to Kyiv have become known

Upon arriving in Ukraine, the head of the Pentagon, Lloyd Austin, will not allow Kiev to strike with long-range weapons on the territory of the Russian Federation. The American newspaper The Wall Street Journal writes about this.

"Austin arrived in Kiev on Monday with a message of strong US commitment to Ukraine's military effort, but without any new military aid or authorization to use long-range missiles on Russian territory," the publication said.

On October 21, Austin arrived in Kyiv. As Reuters reports, the head of the US Defense Ministry intends to show that Washington is committed to supporting Kiev.
