"These days, there are active reports that Andranik Kocharyan is dissatisfied with their deputies. And the meaning of the dissatisfaction is that during the parliamentary hearings called by the National Defense and Security Affairs Standing Committee, there were very few security guards, the ones that were there were not active and, as it should be, the security forces "did not put their heads in their place". However, Andranik Kocharyan and his "group" need to keep this bloc completely under their influence, and in that way, at least for the time being, make the Director of the National Security Service, the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee as difficult as possible. It was even written in the press that Kocharyan, upset by the behavior of the Kpak members, shouted so much that he could even be heard in the corridors. Our parliamentary sources convey that he is particularly angry with the representatives of the public sector and the expert circles working with the authorities. The point is that their task was to ask tough questions to the security forces during the hearings, to harass them, and, in general, to express views on a daily basis, to give interviews, in order to create a larger public negative field towards the leaders of the security structures, to form a background of widespread public dissatisfaction. However, most of those mentioned never took part in the hearings, and the participants, like the caps, were quite "modest". Moreover, to put it mildly, they are not active in the "current blackening" processes. As a result, the hearings were on the verge of collapse from that point of view, and Hovik Aghazaryan came to the rescue with his well-known conflict with the head of the Central Committee, Argishti Kyaramyan. Andranik Kocharyan, according to our confidential sources, is concerned that certain wings within the party are working against him, his plans may fail, and his only "success" may be the resignation of the Minister of Justice."
