Recently, the former rector Vardan Urutyan was included in the board of trustees of the National Agrarian University of Armenia, at the presentation of the Minister of Education and Culture, Zhanna Andreasyan. He was particularly distinguished by the fact that the number of students and employees decreased significantly during his administration. According to our information, the Anti-corruption Committee is also investigating criminal proceedings related to that period, and last year it was the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Culture that banned Urutyan from re-nominating for the position of rector.
