The Bank of Russia will connect another 14-15 banks to the digital ruble pilot. Olga Skorobogatova, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, announced this at the Finopolis forum.
“We expect about 14-15 more banks, which in general, if we talk about their market share, will provide the opportunity to cover about 80% of all clients who generally use financial services with digital ruble services,” she noted. Skorobogatova.
The Forum of Innovative Financial Technologies Finopolis 2024 takes place from October 16 to 18 in the federal territory of Sirius. TASS is the general news agency of the forum.
