Scientists have discovered a coffee, previously unknown useful


The new study published in the European Journal of Nutrition magazine showed that 4-6 or more glasses of coffee (125 ml cups) are related to the reduction of risk of developing asthenia (unantaxy).
This research is the first to analyze the connection between the use of coffee and the main components of weakness.

The use of coffee has been previously related to the danger of some natural symptoms of aging, in particular, to improve the defense of inflammatory diseases. This recent survey complements this field growing knowledge base, studying the benefits of regular coffee for a long period of time.

For this study, researchers have been analyzed for seven years, interviewing 55 years old and above 1161 adults in the Amsterdam Aging Research (LASA). The connection between coffee use and the existence of asthenia and the prevalence was examined.

The results of this study show that the higher usual use of coffee is associated with a lower probability of asthenia.

These data can be considered jointly with the European Food Security Body (EFSA), which is up to 400 mg of caffeine (3-5 cups of coffee) is a moderate and secure quantity.

The researchers clarified that the influence of coffee on the reduction of asthenia could be partially explained by antioxidants that can help reduce, sarcopenia (loss of muscle mass) and prevent muscle damage. Coffee can help elderly to improve the control of insulin sensitivity and the embezzlement of glucose.
