Today I received another decision of the President of the Chamber of Advocates, by which disciplinary proceedings were initiated against me and the employees of the Contra Legem law firm. Lawyer Alexander Kochubaev wrote about this.
"I express my deep concern about the atmosphere in the chamber and the selective use of disciplinary proceedings as a punitive tool. In conditions of complete equality of factual circumstances, the Chamber shows a discriminatory attitude towards me and in conditions of equal circumstances it shows an unequal approach. I would not have taken the issue to the public domain if I had not been discriminated against for two episodes.
I inform the public that I have exhausted my trust in the institution and I refuse to physically participate in the disciplinary proceedings, and presenting written evidence is for the purpose of presenting facts during the judicial defense.
