Acting German Chancellor Olaf Scholts said he could not imagine the arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, despite the decision of the International Criminal Court (ICRC).
"I can't imagine that it will achieve the arrest in Germany," said Sholts at a joint press conference with King Abdullah II in Jordan if Netanyahu could visit after Hungary.
