More than 50% of Germans surveyed are afraid that the conflict in Ukraine will expand

More than half of German citizens are afraid of possible expansion of conflict in Ukraine. This is evidenced by the request for the request to the Forsa Sociological Service by the order of RTL and NTV TV channels.

According to the survey, 54% of respondents admitted that it is concerned about the possible spread of the conflict outside of Ukraine, and that Germany itself can become one of its sides. Moreover, 39% of respondents are afraid of direct military operations in Germany.

At the same time, 45% of respondents said they were not worried about the possible expansion of the conflict.

The study was conducted from March 28 to March 31, in which about 1,000 people took part.
