Former mayor of Yerevan Hayk Marutyan wrote on his Facebook page:
"Yerevan and the people of Yerevan deserve the best. Our glorious city, which captivates everyone with its exceptional warmth and forever youthful spirit, today looks a little neglected, a little tired from constant traffic jams, lack of fresh air, a little tired from constant noise.
In addition to confessing and praising our beautiful city, we must take care of it, talk about its problems and find professional solutions every day. This will be the clearest proof of love for our city. Happy holiday, Yerevan, we are with you and will be with you. Everything will be fine."
