The Hungarian government believes that the settlement process in Ukraine should be gradually and should not be ahead of providing international security guarantees to this country. The statement came from Hungarian Foreign Minister Peter Siararton at a press conference after his meeting with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan.
Answering the question of journalists about the provision of security guarantees of Ukraine, the Foreign Minister said.
"Let's take step by step through this process, we negotiate the ceasefire first and then take peace talks to reach an agreement. We must first do the best, because if we mix everything, we will lose the opportunity to go to peace. "Sijyarto also noted that one of the most important issues in terms of future international security is the normalization of relations between Russia and the United States.
