New viruses are found to be transferred to people from dead animals


The team of the leading universities of China has discovered 125 different viruses, with which there is a big risk of people from animals. 36 of them were previously unknown to science. This was reported by South China Morning Post (SCMP).

 

Virologists have studied 28 types of agricultural animals that have died of diseases. In absolute numbers, 461 children were examined. Their body was generally found in 125 viruses, including previously unknown 36 virus.

 

According to scientists, 39 of the 125 viruses are likely to be transferred to both animals and people. 11 of them were previously found in people. The researchers were particularly concerned about the pathogens found in the body of waterfalls and watershield. Scientists say that in intensive breeding, other animals increase the likelihood of their transmission.

 

The HKU5 coronavirus, which jumped from the bats to a farm, was previously registered in a pneumonia. A new type of coronavirus called "Rabbit" Coronavirus, found in some animal bodies, as well as some other viruses.
