Today, a letter was handed over to the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs on behalf of more than 40 organizations and the Swiss Embassy in Armenia. The letter addressed to Ararat Mirzoyan is called to apply for a neutral third country, particularly to Switzerland, to ensure all Armenian captives and emergency medical care for Ruben Vardanyan on behalf of the Republic of Armenia.
"The main call is that the Republic of Armenia as a country of citizenship to the citizenship of people in Azerbaijan should apply to Azerbaijan to take advantage of consular services.
In other words, the Swiss consul in Azerbaijan has regular visits to all our captives, "said Former Minister of State Artak Beglaryan during the protest near the RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
