Effective organization of civil defense is an important component of the state's security and defense capabilities. Uninterruptible implementation of the process requires coordination, prompt response to public and private institutions and target cooperation. And the goal is to ensure the safety of citizens and minimize human and material losses.
On March 3, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs held a special demonstration tactical training on "Organization and implementation of civil defense events".
The exercise took place in a pre-set scenario, according to which the enemy's air force bombed and damaged buildings, communal-energy systems, fire centers, collapses, there are wounded.
After arriving at a conditional scene, the SC staff operatively coordinates the whole arsenal. The combat calculations are being investigated, during which the unexploded ammunition is found and the area is immediately demarcated to neutralize them.
Emergency groups also respond quickly to restoring the convinced utility-energy system of the building. A fire extinguisher is carried out, evacuated by a smoked person and transferring an ambulance to employees blocked by rescue rope, as well as the injured car.
At the end of the training, the head presents the results, as well as instructions on the elimination of shortcomings.
The Board of the Day was a reminder of the importance of civil defense measures. In this context, the exercises, lectures, seminars and open lessons are aimed at reducing public awareness and preparation of public administration, local self-government bodies and organizations.
Continuous development of the civil defense system and strengthening capacity is one of the priorities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And another exercise was another opportunity to emphasize the need for civil defense measures.
