The tragic case of Midavan community is not connected with the non-election process, nor with the head of Parakar community. I am sure that there was a proper awareness about that. The Minister of TCR said this at a briefing with journalists.
"According to my information, the head of the Merdavan community was recognized as the victim or aunt's son killed, and he did not take part in the incident," said David Khudatyan, noting that the incident was not political.
"Contradictions and problems between families, which existed, are not problems with political background after 2018," he said.
