Belgium has postponed the supply of first F-16s in Ukraine due to the United States

The supply of the first batch of the Belgian F-16 fighters to Ukraine has been postponed until the end of 2025. In an interview with SOIR, the Chief of General Staff of Belgium, General Frederick Vansina, said the Air Force.

"We hope that the supply of the first plane to Ukraine will start until the end of this year," Vansina said.

According to him, the postponement is related to the fact that the United States is delayed by the supply of promised F-35 planes in Belgium, which is currently scheduled for 2025.

On February 6, it was reported that Ukraine received F-16 fighters from the Netherlands. In addition to them, the French nationalists were also available to French Mirage 2000 fighters.
