The Neoliberal circles of the West are considering multiplehood as a challenge, not the opportunity and rely on the strategic defeat of the confrontation, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
"Neoliberal circles in the West are considering the objective process of multiplicity as a challenge, not a chance, bringing a strategic defeat to the opponents," said the Minister at the meeting of the G20 Council of Ministers in Johannesburg.
He noted that the practice of neuralism is used to withdraw natural resources from developing countries at low costs, setting false environmental taxes on their products, tries to block between China and Russia and curb industrialization of global southernity.
