"Iran does not seek to acquire nuclear weapons, but intends to continue investing in nuclear energy for its peaceful use," said the diplomat in an interview with Iraq's Al Ahda TV channel.
As it has been repeatedly, Iran is a member of the non-proliferation agreement of nuclear weapons, and its policy is very transparent in this area, it is decided by the Gier Khamenei of the Islamic Republic Ali Khamenei, he added.
