Vahan Avagyan, a "Public Voice", provided a quorum, went to the deal with the authorities.
Arshak Sargsyan, a member of the Mother Armenia faction, stated this before the special sitting of the Yerevan Council of Elders.
It should be reminded that the Council of Elders of Yerevan convened a special sitting on the agenda of defining 150 AMD for one trip. "Mother Armenia" and "National Progress" factions boycotted the session, they will not participate in the voting.
Arshak Sargsyan called on February 1 to boycott.
