Zelenki has no right to sign anything. Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that negotiations can be done with anyone, but due to his illegitimate, Vladimir Zelensky has no right to sign anything, RIA Novosti writes.

"You can negotiate with anyone, but because of his illegitimacy, Zelensky has no right to sign anything," Putin said that if documents were signed between the parties, the legitimacy of the Ukrainian side should be legally confirmed.

"From course to sign documents, of course, everything must be done so that lawyers will establish the legitimacy of those who will be authorized by the Ukrainian state to sign those agreements," Putin said.
