France will supply MIRAGE fighters to the end of the first quarter of 2025 to Ukraine

Paris intends to supply Mirage 2000-5 fighters to Kiev until the end of this first quarter of this year. French Foreign Minister Jean-Nelel Baro stated this on the air of the Sud Radio radio station.

"The French" Mirage "will be in the sky of Ukraine in the near future," he said.

Barro avoided answering the question whether France will send his armed forces after the end of the conflict. "We have to prepare for full participation, and here's France, Europe and to some extent the United States to ensure peace guarantees in Ukraine when it is achieved," he said.

In early June 2024, French President Emanuel Mcron announced that Paris would start a training program for Ukrainian pilots and plan to coordinate MIRAGE 2000-5 fighters in Kiev.

He clarified that the training of pilots will take five to six months and admit that the plane supplies may begin at the end of this year. In October, the French Armed Forces Minister Sebastien clarified Labor that the supply of planes was envisaged in the first half of 2025.
